With the dawn of Blockchain technology and the shift to Web 5.0, we have a new opportunity on our hands to change and challenge our current digital social lives.

Our current social media platforms are built on great premises. The reality is that we have a lot of problems like spread of misinformation, access, bots, fake accounts, privacy & personal data sharing to third parties, security breaches, polarization & echo chambers, cyberbullying and harassment, mental health and list goes on.

With the help of blockchain and the underlying technology we could shift our perception towards all of these problems that have arised with the current social platforms. FUSSY wants to challenge the way a social network is governed with the help of DAO. This way we will empower users of the network to manage, grow and curate the social platform with their knowledge and skills. All of the decisions will be made through the consensus mechanism and smart contracts. In this way all resulting decisions are made in a transparent and tamper-proof way.

NFTs & Fussy

NFTs are proposing a new way of digital ownership and identity by challenging the old system. With NFTs, creators like artists, musicians, game developers can monetise their digital creations in a way that was not possible before. DAO & NFTs can work hand in hand in this new economy.

With this new perspective, all the content created and posted on the FUSSY social network will be considered as an NFT. Since all your content will be an NFT, the earning rights, whether your content is sold, staked or used, will belong to you. So, with FUSSY we have a new business model suited for the uprising Web 5.0.

DeFi & Fussy

DeFi and Fussy translates into a lot of new business models that weren’t previously possible in the Web 2.0 standards. The paradigm shift of Web 5.0 will give us new opportunities and ways to earn and participate to the creators economy. On the FUSSY network everybody will own their social accounts completely, personal data included. This will give them access to a plethora of DeFi tools and ways to monetise their social presence, activities and social interactions.

Individual or group, you earn from day one by simply creating an account, interacting with posts, giving access to companies to stake your profile, partner with brands to promote their products, participate in financing pools of special projects just like investors.

Another way to earn on the FUSSY network is by working on the wellbeing of the platform, like the product development, user operations or business development.

Our aim for FUSSY is to build a governance system designed to enable the community to participate in the decision-making processes and ensure the network's stability and sustainability. Each of us has a special skill or know-how to help steer FUSSY to serve their best interests. There are multiple elements to be included in such a governance system like decision-making, transparency, accountability, incentives, flexibility, community driven.

Decentralized decision-making The governance system will ensure that decisions are made in a decentralized way, with the input of all the community and stakeholders. This will be achieved through voting mechanisms or other processes.

Transparency and accountability The governance system of FUSSY will be transparent, with clear rules and processes that are communicated to the community. Additionally, the system will include mechanisms to hold decision-makers accountable for their actions.

Incentives FUSSY’s governance system will include incentives to encourage the community to participate in decision-making processes, such as rewards for voting or contributing to discussions.

Flexibility FUSSY will be designed to adapt to changing circumstances, user and community needs through mechanisms that can alter or change the governance structure or modify the rules and processes over time.

We are currently building a team that will create the core of FUSSY, so we are in recruitment mode. If you think you are up to the challenge to lay the foundation for the next digital society and bring what’s best for a free digital world you are welcomed to join us on this amazing quest. For this initial core team we are looking for people that have at leats 4 to 5 years of experience with blockchain, solidity, rust, mobile development, etc.
